BINGO organises workshop 'New techniques for better biocontrol: next-generation sequencing, genotyping and experimental evolution in insects and mites'
On January 23, 2018, the BINGO-ITN workshop 'New techniques for better biocontrol: next-generation sequencing, genotyping and experimental evolution in insects and mites' will be organised at Koppert Biological Systems, Berkel en Rodenrijs, Netherlands. Experts from academia will cover the use of new sequencing techniques and experimental evolution in invertebrates in the context of biological control. Confirmed speakers include: Prof John Werren (University of Rochester, USA), Prof Richard Stouthamer (University of California, USA), Dr Martijn Egas (NL), Dr Eveline Verhulst (NL), Prof Bregje Wertheim and Dr Sara Magalhães (Portugal). The full program can be found below, as well as the link to register yourself.
